Clients
When the visitor to the site clicks the link Clients there he/she can see two links and a form. The form is to the registered users to login. The first link is meant for the New Clients to Register with the site. The Second link is for the registered users who have forgotten their password.
Join Now
When the user clicks the link Join now, the page redirects a form, which asks for the client’s personal information like address, name, county living and the site related details like, Username, Password, and 4 digit number to provide a Member ID.
If the new registrant provided all the personal details there is another form to be filled up by the client. At the top of the second form, the Client’s Personal details along with the Site related details would be provided to the client to take a print out. In the second form the clients needed to fill his/her requirement like the type of nurse he wants to serve, the case type, available days, time, shift and the case summary if he wants. If the client is registered successfully with the site the details about the username and password were sent to his/her email id as a auto response message.
After registering these details the Client is redirected to his/her home page, which contains of links to Edit his personal profile, Edit the Requirement and to register new requirement along with certain other links like Meet a Nurse and Search for a nurse.
Through the link Meet a Nurse; the Client can view the Nurse Details, which matches his profile like the case type, nurse type he wants to use the service. In the search page he/she can search for the nurse by using the specified keywords like, either Nurse type or Case type.
Forgot Password?
This link takes the client to a form by which the client can retrieve the password. Here by two ways the client can get the password. One way is by his/her Email, to which he/she required to provide the email id along with the User name.
In the second method if the client remembers his/her Member Id and User id then he/she can provide these things and get their passwords in the redirected page from the site.
Login
When the user logs in the page redirects the clients to his/her home page, which contains of links to Edit his personal profile, Edit the Requirement and to register new requirement along with certain other links like Meet a Nurse and Search for a nurse.
Through the link Meet a Nurse, the Client can view the Nurse Details, which matches his profile like the case type, nurse type he wants to use the service. And to contact the nurse the client can click the Nurse’s I.P. Number and send a mail to the site administrator about the matching profile by clicking the contact link in the detailed Profile page.
In the search page he/she can search for the nurse by using the specified keywords like, Nurse type or Case type or the county the nurse wants to work.
Nurses & Assistants
This link is for the Nurses those who wants to register or login if they are registered and to retrieve the password.
Here also the link Join Now leads the new Nurses to the registration form, which asks for the Nurse’s Title (Nurse LPN/Nurse RN, etc.), I.P. Number, personal details, and the site related details like Username, Password. Here also the successful registration will send a message to the Nurse’s email id about the registration details.
If the nurse didn’t have any I.P. Number she will provide “000000” as her I.P. Number and the site will automatically assign a temporary I.P. Number to her. This I.P. Number is her position in the database, i.e., the serial number in which his/her profile is located.
After registering the personal details the Nurse has to fill up his/her availability time, shifts at which he/she wants to work, Preferred County to work, her specialty and a brief description about her.
After the registration, the nurse is lead to his/her home page from where he/she can edit his/her personal information and the Work preferences. We can go to this page by logging in too. This page contains two other strings viz., Client’s Profile and Search for a Client.
If the Client’s Profile link is clicked and the Nurse is authenticated to view the Client’s Profile by paying the amount specified in the FAQ Page, the Client profile page will be displayed. In this page not all the clients’ profile were shown but the page will contain the clients’ list those who are matching the Nurse’s profile like, County the nurse wants to work, Nurse type, Case type he/she wants to serve, etc. And to contact the profile the nurse can click the Client’s Member id and send a mail to the site administrator about the matching profile by clicking the contact link in the detailed Profile page.
By clicking the Search for the client, the nurse can search for the client by using the specific keywords like the Nurse Type or Case type.
Forgot Password?
The nurse can retrieve the password by giving the either the combination of Email id and User ID or I.P. Number and the Username. When the nurse provides the Email id the retrieved password will be sent to the email id provided by him/her otherwise displayed in a new page.
Admin/Master Control
The admin also provide Username and Password to enter to control the site. The Administrator Username is “xxxxxx” and the Password is “xxxxxxx”.
After successful login, the administrator will be redirected to his home page, which contains the links to change the administrator password, logout, Enter the FAQ, Edit the FAQ, View the Nurses’ List and View the Clients’ List.
By clicking the Change Master Control password, the Admin can change the Username along with the password.
The Client list link takes the admin to view all the clients’ registered with the site, with their approval details. The admin can approve/disapprove the client or delete the clients who are not using the site for a long while. And the admin also can edit the personal details and requirement details of the clients by clicking the link Member id.
The Nurses & Assistants link redirects the admin to another page that contains two links viz., Approved Nurses and Non-approved Nurses. When clicking the Approved Nurses, the admin can view the list of nurses who have paid already and approved to view the clients and from here the admin can disagree the nurse to view the clients’ profile, delete the nurses and can even edit the personal and the job details of the nurses.
The admin can do the above given works to the Non-approved nurses also. This means he can give permission to the nurses to surf through the clients’ profiles, delete or edit the nurse’s information.
Enter FAQ takes the admin to enter a New FAQ and the answer for the Question.
Edit FAQ lists all the FAQ in the database and a checkbox by which we can delete the FAQ. There is a link provided to all the Questions of FAQ listed. By clicking the certain Question the Admin can Edit the FAQ.
